It’s difficult to talk about, but constipation is a serious medical condition that may greatly affect a person’s quality of life by limiting daily activities and the ability to work.
If you have been living with constipation symptoms for over six months, you may be eligible for a research study testing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for those with chronic constipation.
Study volunteers must be between the ages of 18 and 75 and be experiencing constipation symptoms for at least six months.
Participants will receive study-related exams and study medication at no charge. Compensation for time and travel may also be provided.
