As President of Rapid Medical Research, Inc. (RMR) and Advanced Clinical Research, INC. (ACR), Jean has been active in clicial research for over 17 years. Since starting RMR in Cleveland in 1997, Jean has grown RMR into a leading national independent clinical research site with expertise in women's health and internal medicine. Since its inception, RMR has conducted Phase II-IV clinical truals in over 40 therapeutic areas for the pharmaceutical industry. More recently, Jean oversaw the acquisition, integration and strategic development of two similarly situated clinical research centers (ACR) in Salt Lake City and Boise. As President of both organizations, she manages over 60 employees conducting 70 or more multi-therapeutic clinical studies at any given time. Jean recieved her undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from Ursuline College and a MBA from John Carroll University. She held the positions of Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Administrator in the Department of Reproductive Biology at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals of Cleveland Department of OB/GYN between 1991 and 1997 before becoming co-founder and Managing Director of RMR

Scott A. Tornblom, CPA, is an experienced member of the management team with over 15 years working with closely held companies in all aspects of merger and acquisition, operations, finance, and information reporting.
Justin Ganley - Business Director
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Justin has been managing clinical research sites since 2006. Justin recieved his bachelor's degree in finance from Xavier University and an MBA from John Carroll University.
Pamela Pannier - RRT, B.S., CRC-UT Site Director
Ms. Pannier Grew up in the tornado lands of Kansas. After joining the Army in 1980 where she spent 6 years moving from Kansas to San Antonio, she then proceeded to live in Louisiana, New Jersey, Hawaii, Washington, and Oregon. Ms. Pannier has over 17 years experience in Clinical Research with extensive inpatient and outpatient trials in Phase IA to Phase IV trials in multi-therapeutic areas. Her expertise is in Respiratory Therapy/Pulmonary Medicine. Having attended For Sam Houston Texas and the University of Hawaii, she has a Respiratory Therapy degree and a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences. Ms. Pannier started her own research business in 2002, Coordinators Plus, LLC, working with various physicians in Oregon. After selling the business in 2007, she then moved to Salt Lake City in April of 2008, filling the Site Director position at Advanced Clinical Research. Ms. Pannier is a member of SoCRA, ACRP, American Thoracic Society.
Allie Lopez - CCRC - Idaho Site Manager
Allie Lopez grew up in Washington State. She moved to the Boise area in 2000 with a strong background in management. She started her career in clinical research in 2000 with an SMO as the Regulatory Administrator soon thereafter the position of Financial Administrator was added to her title. Having the desire to work directly with the patients she chose to be a Research Assistant and was promoted quickly to CRC. Her background in research covers a variety of therapeutic areas. In 2006 she was certified through ACRP while working as a Research Coordinator for Idaho Cardiology. In 2007 she took the position as Site Manager for ACR, Boise.
Annette Hyde - M.S., CRC-UT, Operations Manager
Annette was born and raised in Oregon, and came to Utah to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Wellness Management at Brigham Young University, at which time she also became certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. She also received a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University in the field of Exercise Physiology. Upon completing graduate school, Annette began a career in research at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, where she was a clinical research coordinator in cardiology research for 3 years. Annette joined the ACR team in 2007.
