ACR strives to provide the best possible experience for our volunteer participants in all aspects of their study-related care. Following study completion, participants are asked to provide feedback on their individual and overall experience. This allows ACR to further improve it's practices and help achieve excellence. During their visits, we educate each volunteer on the importance of their role and the relevance of their participation to themselves, their families, and the global community. Study volunteers are the key drivers to ACR's ability to meet our mission.
Study participants are asked to rate the following questions on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being "Excellent Service" and 1 being "Poor Service". These questions are administered to volunteers at the conclusion of their study participation.
-
The initial explanation of my participation in the study.
-
The clarity of the consent form I signed.
-
The study personnel's accomodation in setting up appointment times.
-
Overall interaction with the study personnel.
-
Overall interaction with the Doctor and staff.
-
Monetary compensation for my participation.
-
